At INITIO Parfums Privés, we strive to ensure your olfactory experience is exceptional; however, we accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To ensure your satisfaction, each fragrance order includes a matching sample to test the scent before opening the full-size bottle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Concierge Service via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a formal Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Ensure the fragrance remains in its original cellophane-wrapped box and place it securely in the original shipping carton along with all promotional inserts.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of your package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and validates the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
